Almond Chocolate Oolong: an indulgent semi-oxidised tea

Our Almond Chocolate Oolong is a comforting blend that brings together the roundness of cocoa, the crunch of almonds and a gentle tropical sweetness from coconut. Built on a base of semi-oxidised Chinese Oolong leaves, this blend is especially well suited to late afternoons and quiet, cosy moments. Almond pieces lend their signature warmth, while dark chocolate nibs extend the tasting experience with a smooth, lingering finish.

In the cup, the liquor reveals a warm cocoa aroma entwined with roasted almonds, lifted by the silky texture characteristic of Oolong. On the palate, coconut adds a velvety roundness reminiscent of exotic desserts, without ever weighing down the semi-oxidised character of the Chinese base. Brewing

Steep one heaped teaspoon (around 4 g) in 200 ml of filtered water heated to 85 °C for 4 to 5 minutes. The texture of this blend allows for 2 to 3 successive infusions, increasing the steeping time slightly with each pour.
