What is the ideal infusion temperature for pistachio black tea?

For a beautiful symphony of flavors between Assam black tea and the natural scent of pistachio, an infusion at 100°C is desirable. While Indian black tea can withstand high temperatures, this is not the case with cardamom.

When to drink black tea with pistachio?

Black tea contains caffeine. We therefore recommend drinking it in the morning or during the day, for example to accompany a small marzipan at snack time. In the evening, prefer a rooibos without excitants.
