This tea is grown in the tea plantations surrounding the Sun and Moon Lake in Taiwan. The smoky flavors of this sweet and aromatic tea come from a roasting process. This process also gives it an orange and golden color, almost red in the cup. It is one of the finest black teas from Taiwan.
