Martine Matin has so much energy that she always finishes everything in the morning. So it's hard to stay in one place in the afternoon... So Martine usually takes a short 29-kilometer walk. She takes the road that climbs behind her house, passes two wind farms, crosses three perennial rivers and four sunny fields. So naturally, one day she said to herself, "By golly, I should renew my energy too!" And since then, with oats and raisins, she has been making delicious bursts of vitality.
