A violet and raspberry green tea for infusions with a natural taste of fruit and flowers

This blend, scented with violet, brings together two quality teas from China: Sencha and White Monkey. When brewed, they develop a smooth, delicate flavour with gentle notes of flowers and fruit, alongside hints of honey and walnut for an unmatched softness.
The natural violet aroma and mallow blossoms lend a delicately floral quality to the infusion. And then there is raspberry, generous and warming, adding a delicious fruity sweetness to every cup. The perfect companion for a fragrant, indulgent tea time.

The benefits of violet and raspberry green tea

The ingredients in this violet and raspberry green tea do more than delight the senses. They also bring a range of natural benefits. Chinese Sencha and White Monkey are both green teas, rich in antioxidants and natural caffeine to energise and protect the body with every cup. Mallow is a much-loved plant in herbal traditions: its infusions have a soothing quality, helping to ease everyday discomforts such as digestive tension and irritated throats. And raspberry, rich in fibre, brings its comforting sweetness while gently supporting healthy digestion.

Brewing guidance

How to prepare violet and raspberry green tea?

For a beautifully aromatic infusion, steep your tea for 2 to 3 minutes in hot water. A teapot or a filter bag, paired with your favourite cup, is all you need to prepare this blend.

How much tea to use?

For a cup that truly brings out the character of the Chinese Sencha and white tea with their indulgent notes, use 12 to 15 grams per litre.

What is the ideal brewing temperature?

Heat your water to between 75 and 80°C. This preserves the full flavour and aromatic complexity of your tea blend.

When to enjoy violet and raspberry green tea?

Its gentle, mellow character makes it a pleasure at any time of day: with breakfast, at tea time, or simply whenever you need a moment of calm. Caffeine levels are moderate, so if you are not particularly sensitive to it, an evening cup is perfectly possible.

The benefits of loose-leaf violet and raspberry green tea

We take great care in selecting our ingredients, with quality and flavour always at the heart of what we do. To keep our loose-leaf products at their freshest, we pack them in France. Our resealable pouches and metal tins are designed to preserve the character of each blend over time.

Benefits and characteristics

Like all lightly oxidised green teas, this blend is naturally rich in catechins, the antioxidant polyphenols characteristic of Camellia sinensis. The EFSA recognises the role of green tea polyphenols in protecting cells against oxidative stress (EFSA reference, on-hold claims for Camellia sinensis). A tea to enjoy for both pleasure and everyday well-being, as part of a balanced lifestyle.
