Kabusecha Asuka organic green tea is rare, originating in Japan in the city of Shizuoka on the island of Honshū. The leaves of this tea will reveal in your cup a taste of sweet herbs, floral spices and light unmami notes.
Like Gyokuro, Kabusecha is one of the shadow teas, it is covered with a bamboo mat several days before harvesting in order to obtain a leaf with maximum nutrients.
