Unlike Roman chamomile, which has a very bitter taste, chamomile matricaria has a sweet flavor. Ideal after a meal, this infusion brings well-being and inner peace. What is the ideal infusion temperature for organic chamomile?

To obtain a quality organic chamomile tea, the infusion of the product must be done at a temperature of 100°C. Thus, the plant of herbalist preserves its benefits. A hotter water denatures the essential oil of the flowers.
